FOF: I don't think we will ever see it below $1 until most of our cars are running on something else. Budget wise, we are still living like it's $4/gal and enjoying the extra ching at the end of the month.
Momisodes: sorry to hear about that. One of the advantages to living in the Midwest...things get cheap here.
goatlady: I took that almost impossible to actually see picture yesterday with my phone in the year 2008.
dmarks: Depends on what you mean by "near" the Apache Mall. Technically, I'd say no. It's about 7-8 miles away from there. If you need help with a post about Rochester, let me know. It's a very interesting place to live.
I think I fixed the link. The idea being not that you agreed to pay those things, but that your tax dollars will. There is a 2nd link to the video that you had posted from you tube with that quote. Hope it makes sense now.
You are too sweet. I truly am against the idea of my mortgage being paid by tax dollars. I would rather the direct charity as compared to forced charity. I think we will land okay. Worse things could happen. There are plenty of people who wish that they had my problems. Gotta keep it all in perspective.
Nope... Glad to see it under 2.00 - but I am confident it will never drop under the 1.00 mark.
ReplyDeleteI am comfortable (budget wise) in the 2.00 - 2.50 range.
It's still above $2 here :( I have doubts of seeing $1/gal again.
ReplyDeleteWhat year did you post this??? Hell, we are delighted with $1.95 now - 11-11-08
ReplyDeleteIs that anywhere near the Apache Mall?
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I did a Rochester post. I'm not sure if I've done one of those on my blog before.

I so feel ya. One would think I'd have all this extra money now.
ReplyDeleteNOPE.
Wow, that's awesome. I'd bet it will go to about $2.50 and hold.
ReplyDeleteI have a nugget for you at Weasels.
