I am a Chicagoan hanging my head in shame . . . and I don't even follow sports (well, not that much)! Why did the WS even bother taking the field today? Well, Minnesota sports fans must either be hi-fiving each other or smirking like all get out. That score is just sad. What is this, football? This is not the World Series winning team I remember. And OhCaptain, I actually Googled this to see if it was true. I thought you had to be pulling our collective leg. Alas and sadly, all too true.
