Are you ready for snowmageddon?

Winter is here and they say it's coming like a freight train. My area is already under a blizzard warning although there's only been a dusting of snow. These things are weird. I'm never really sure if the weather people have any idea what they are talking about. People start acting all funny like we are hunkering down for some sort of disaster. Oh well. Just read the sign above and remember Newton's First Law:
An object at rest tends to stay at rest and an object in motion tends to stay in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.
Truer words have never been spoken.

in protest of the #billybluster guy, I countered his hashtag definition with one for snowmageddon: http://tagal.us/tag/snowmageddon

Agreed... This is crazy.. I know we are a bit north of you, and that south of us is getting the brunt of the storm - but come on... This is Minnesota after all...

Didn't I hear something recently about there being a six-month delay before Newton's Law was going to be enforced?

I'm ready! Personally, I'll continue to believe it's all hype until I actually see 8 inches of snow on the ground.

I hope that the storm is over-hyped as does not interfere with your plans.

Maybe this year you could direct some snow to the south? Just push it in this direction far enough that I do not have to travel 24 hours to get to it. (Youngest has never seen any)
