Snowed in
No doubt, I'm gonna be here at the house for the forseeable future. We got around 11 inches of snow and top that with a lovely cherry, we now have wind gusts in the 40 mph range.
My street has 3 and 4 foot drifts. Until I see a plow, it's cookie decorating time!

ReplyDeleteWe just got enough to make it miserable and messy outside.
I knew the storm hit harder south of us, but WOW! Here in the Twin Cities we got about 5 inches as of this morning. Our school district didn't even close, though some of the surrounding ones did. I left about a half hour early for work and traffic was slow, but not bad.

ReplyDeleteYeah, you guys got hit a little harder down there... I'm about half way (maybe 2/3 of the way) up to the cities - and our schools closed - and the driveway was un-passable (thanks to the snow plow) until the wife and kids got it shoveled... (I have been sick as a dog for the past two days)
