So why didn't we go to the metric system?

-7 degrees celcius feels so much warmer then this. I'm pretty sure my southern friends would be dead in seconds with temps like this. Thankfully, this is actually warmer then it has been.

Let's bundle up and cuddle folks!

We are looking at getting up to a balmy 16 today.
Stay warm and beware icicles forming where you don't want them.

And on the flip side, -7F = -21C which feels like a more accurate number for the nose-freezing, bone-chilling arctic air!

You're may be right. I'm freezing with temps in the 40's. (not owning a winter coat anymore doesn't help) Stay warm!

Let's stay inside and cuddle and skip the bundling up altogether.

(Of course, you should cuddle with your peeps and I'll cuddle with mine. Otherwise it might be kinda weird.) :-)

the metric system will never be adopted state side, so long as the NFL survives. 50-meter-line??? I don't think so!

Heck, your western friends would freeze too! It's 43 here today. Love these Pacific Northwest weather patterns.

As a teacher, the metric system would be so much easier to teach. But I just don't think it would catch on. But I agree, I would much rather have -7º C than -7º F.

I was a little confused about this at first. Then I checked the date. High of 76 here today! That is pure CRAZY!
