DMCA dealt serious blow by Sixth Circuit Appeals Court
Shout it loud and shout it proud!
The DMCA is being wittled back! Let's here it for the men and women of the 6th Circuit. The DMCA could be a useful piece of legistlation if it were used for so many different reasons to supress fair use and to stiffle competition. Let's hope more reverse-engineering cases get handle correctly
