I have to say, I was frightened for you. I had the misfortune of watching High School Musical with my neice. Truly, truly horrifying. You are the best Dad in the world to take the family to HSM on ice!
All I can say is "Thank God for the iPhone!" A portable distraction device. I didn't go as far as I have by putting the head phones on (that gets me into REALLY big trouble).
It does help to watch the faces of your kids light up or wife getting a little misty when something happened that was touching...I might have missed it checking the scores of the football games...or reading my favorite blogs...
Thank the lord that my kid is not old enough do what you endured yesterday.
